To the DarkRaven-Mobile!

Wednesday, December 3rd, 2008

How’s everyone doing this week? I’m doing alright. It’s a bit chilly here in Rochester, NY, but that’s to be expected this time of year.

I just read the next page of the series to my daughter April, and she said, I quote, “You really are a Batman rip-off, aren’t you?”

I wish I was cool as Batman. And had his money. And his gadgets. And his physique. And his car.

It’s called Foreshadowing…

Hi friends,

I hope everyone is doing well. Today is my big brother Joe’s birthday, so Happy B-Day bro! I hope you have a good one!

Also, we’re doing a bit of housecleaning here at TotDR, and as such, I’m updating pages here and there that needed new art and/or typos fixed. In the process, I accidentally deleted a post or two that had comments, so I apologize to anyone whose comments got nixed.

Hopefully in the next few weeks, we’ll have some new comic-booky goodness to post, including some new properties Brian and I have been developing. So stay tuned.

Until next Wednesday, I remain,
Ray

We interrupt our regularly scheduled webcomic for this important message…

Wednesday, December 24th, 2008

Hi everyone!

Sorry about this, but Brian insisted that we post a holiday-themed strip for this week’s page. I didn’t want to interrupt the flow of the story, but Brian thought it would be funny to make you wait another week for the big reveal. Send all hate mail to him.

Happy Holidays to all, and God bless us, every one!

The Little Blue Bird of Justice

Wednesday, December 31st, 2008

So here it is! The big reveal! What do ya think?

Brian and I have been waiting a long time to share this new superhero with the world. We had it planned all the way since the beginning of the comic to have Brian’s character join Ray on his mad quest to impress Stan Lee.

If you look back to the first page of the first issue, when Ray is sitting on his throne, the carvings of the ravens in the top corners of the room have little blue birds underneath them. Go back in the archive and see.

We can’t wait for you to behold the superhero-ey goodness we’ve got lined up. Until then, spread the word; there’s a new dynamic duo in town.
